My Story

My wife and I started our own home care company waaaay back in 1996.

We started because our Grandmothers went through 20 (combined years) of in home care challenges and our parents struggled to provide care for them - and take care of their own needs. It was an incredibly difficult time for them.

Over the last 30 years of business I have developed unique (sometimes outrageous) processes, services and skills that made our business VERY successful.

Now, I am using these same - non-typical, non-traditional - business methods to help other business owners achieve their goals and dreams.

How You Can Help Us Grow Even More...

I need someone to hand off the work that is VITAL to the success of my company - but I don't have time to handle it all any more.


Some of your Job Duties will be

Responding (promptly) to potential and current client emails and phone calls.

Assisting potential, current clients and other contacts setting up appointments, webinars, presentations, etc. with the Owner, sending information, confirming schedules and various other duties.

Twice daily, morning and afternoon, monitoring of job posts for our clients.

Setting up new client accounts.

Creating new files, forms and spreadsheets and ensuring all information has been gathered, documented and sent to appropriate parties.

Helping resolve tech problems and issues.


I'm handing over important duties, so I need someone that:

Is VERY good at learning and using online programs, services and platforms.

Wants to learn something new - every day.

Gives 100% - every day - if you're in the habit of texting and being on your phone while you work - this is NOT the job for you.

Is friendly, upbeat and is only concerned about how you CAN do the job, not how you can't do the job. If you're a glass is half-empty type person - again, this is NOT the job for you.

Will take initiative, find solutions and be an independent problem solver.

Is always 100% professional. You'll be dealing with business owners. You will have to be friendly, upbeat and professionally courteous every time. No exceptions.


Pay starts at $15.00Hr to begin your training.

Your Days and Hours

I need someone to start part time Monday through Friday, around 15-20 hours a week - BUT be ready to move into Full Time as you learn and become more effective and efficient with your job and help us grow.
